Karen forayed into the digital space in 2016 with her blog Karen’s Choice, and today boasts 8.1 million followers on her Instagram page. In a collaboration led by Publsh for Imtiaz Developers’ latest project, ‘Cove’, this partnership represents a strategic alignment of luxury living with the modern, trend-setting lifestyle Karen Wazen embodies. the results

The collaboration between Cove by Imtiaz Developers with Karen Wazen resulted in a positive overview with 65, 164 accounts reached out of which 352 accounts engaged on the reels. This was split by 93.9% followers and 6.1 % non-followers with engagement at 352 accounts. Profile activity reached 176.   

Story interactions included 72.3K views with an engagement of 341 accounts 64,574 accounts reached and 97 accounts in profile activity. There were 351 story interactions, 343 likes, 6 replies, and 0 shares. There were 502 sticker taps, and 2 shares. The story was navigated by 63,233 followers and non-followers with 50,322 forwarding the story and 6,234 going backwards on the story while 6,088 went to the next story. 589 exited the story and the story resulted in 176 profile visits.

Reel insights were very positive with 381,296 accounts reached from which 93.4% were followers and 6.6% were non-followers. There was a total of 381,296 accounts reached with 676,879 plays. There were 20,378-reel interactions, 18,567 likes, 909 saves, 770 shares, and 132 comments with a profile activity of 43 accounts

According to Savills, the global property market has seen a slowdown, particularly in the US and EU, due to rising interest rates. However, Dubai’s market bucked this trend in 2023, recording a staggering rise of more than 36.7 per cent in value and 33.8 per cent in the number of transactions compared to the same period in 2022. Branded residences have shown remarkable resilience in the face of these global challenges, with an increase of over 160 per cent in the number of schemes in the last decade, the media release said. “
