the story

Grand Gourmet in Dubai is a culinary haven with its lavish buffet offerings spanning over 200 delectable dishes. With the diverse and astronomical F&B outlets in the emirate, publsh leveraged the unique brand identity of Grand Gourmet and by applying a multi-pronged campaign approach, we developed a PR strategy that differentiated the brand with press releases, chef interviews, social influencer campaigns, and more.

what we did

We crafted and distributed well-articulated press releases to top-tier media outlets in the GCC region. Additionally, we arranged an interview with Grand Gourmet’s head chef for both online and print publications. Our social media campaign thrived through successful collaborations with prominent food and lifestyle influencers. We also managed media coverage across leading newspapers, magazines, and online platforms.

the results

Publish crafted articulate press releases and distribute these to tier-one media in the GCC region. Media coverage included Gulf News with a potential reach of 926,000; Trading View with a potential reach of 173.8M; Nabd with a potential reach of 5.5M plus Zawya, among many others.

We also pitched Grand Gourmet’s head chef’s interview to pitch for online and print publications. Our social media campaign was a success with key collaborations with macro food & lifestyle influencers. Publsh also coordinated the media coverage across tier-one newspapers, magazines, and online. We also organised readership competitions in F&B magazines including TIMEOUT and good food and enlisted Grand Gourmet in acquired listings across key F&B magazines.
